Talk to General Physician on High Systolic And Low Diastolic Bp

Aoa. I have 2 questions My mother is diabetic patient and she is having muscular pain since many years but now a days the pain is severe and only resolve with painkiller injection after 2-3 days , any solution for this ? & Kindly tell me what could be the reason that she is always having High systolic (around 140,150) and Low diastolic bp (60,70).

In her 4-5 months old reports she had high triglycerides (225mg/dl) and high VLDL cholestrol (45) Remaining all tests are clear
