Talk to General Physician on High Uric Acid

My uric acid went high in last month of pregnancy up to 9. My gynaecologist had to do my delivery early in 37 weeks. She has to consult a medicine specialist which I did but I'm not sure. My concern is I'm breastfeeding my baby the doctor has prescribed zuric 80mg and all over the internet it's written that it's not safe to use. Whereas the other doctor has prescribed xyloric 200mg, according to her that's more safest. So I request you if you can guide me which one to use . as I'm managing my diet, taking kehwas too.
