My child is 12 year old. He is suffering in fever and vomiting nearly three day. He feel pain in belly and weakness. I test sgpt at local lab. it's value is 3295.I have uploaded the suggest any medicine and advice.

this is likely Hepatitis A. Get Hepatitis A IgM done along with PT/INR and serum electrolytes. Hepatitis A can be very severe in some cases now a days aftet covid, do not take it lightly.
