Asking For Self, Female 25, Lahore
my problem is that i had high wbc from a 1.5 year which are sometimes eleven thousand to thirteen thousand with this i always slighty low MCH and MCHC other cbc report normal i feel shortness of breath always and fatigue .other cbc parameters hb ,platelets,wbc types all normal .i am to much worried why wbc high mch and MCHC slightly low with this .i am scared that it is sign of any blood cancer???
Whats ur ESR levels…..kindly share ….shows infection
Blood Cancer Shows Abnormal WBCs..and they tend to be very much high..so likely not to worry..low mch and mchc is usually due to anemia (microcytic)..So relax..mostl likely this is nutritional or low grade infection..

blood cancer has a high number of white cells which don't function normally, patients then have infections and weakness. if mchc is low you can get an iron panel done as well as a peripheral smear.
it's better to do further tests before making any definitive diagnosis
