Talk to General Physician on High Wbc But Other Wbc Types Normal

i had high wbc from a year which not cute with any type of antibiotics always elevated elevated thousand to thirteen thousand but its types like (nutrophils,lymphocytes,monocytes and besophils)always normal along with this always mch and MCHC slightly elevated hb always 12 platelets also normal why these happen with me. my symptoms are fatigue and always shortness of breath and small size less then pea size neck lymphnodes felt .i do CRP test for inflammation it is negative .i have multiple issues gynecological issue is one left side overy simple cyst which is 3cm doctor say is it pcos .on the other hand shortness of breath always i always sarch on Google why my wbc high .when Google say is it blood cancer lekumia or lymphoma so i am to much worried .my wight is 75 kg hight 5 feet .please any doctor hematologist oncologist tell me about my problem .please

i vist a doctor he say only wbc elevated no wbc types so its mean no any infection no allergy no any blood cancer .

It can be due to repeated infections. But please book an appointment for your detailed history. I understand your anxiety at the moment. It can be just a minor condition. It's hard to give you any definite diagnosis without any proper history. If you have shortness of breath, it might be long term lung infection. But with incomplete history, I can't give you a clear picture here.
