My right hip is damaged and doctor recommend me to have replacement asap but I am afraid which doctor to consult as it is major operation plus I want if there is any alternative or my natural hip ball can recover again. Please guide me it’s urgent

Now my doctor said there is 10 percen I can survive with existing hip ball he said he will decide during the operation weather he will replace it or fix it 90 percent chance are replacement of hip

My hip ball damaged 10 years ago and till now I survived with damaged hip ball with continues pain. Back then the only option was replacement. But now doctors recommended I need a replacement asap otherwise it will hurt my backbone or other hip
