Any HIV specialist please tell what is the window period of hiv infection test? if we get tested for hiv 1 and 2 only antibody from chugtai lab after 3 months of possible exposure. will it be conclusive?

HIV 4th generation test is RELIABLE test, as it detects both antigen + antibody and is conclusive even with one week of exposure. All big labs are doing it.

example: For blood donation, donor are tested via antigen + antibody tests and if negative blood is donated to patient. Antibody test is not reliable as antibodies can take weeks to month to develop.
