Talk to General Physician on Hormone Especially Estradiol Problem

My estradiol levels fluctuate from 15 to 60 and then back from 60 to 15 gradually I had gynecomestia and it had removed surgically. Now people still behave like shemale to me. I have also 5 psychiatrist, used their medicines and also been given 8 ECT's, but no benefit from this. I request you to tell me whether this estradiol variations normal. And kindly tell what will be its cure so that I should not be treated abnormal or like a shemale. Thanks ver much sir.
