if you have Vit D deficiency you can use this capsule weekly for 4-6 weeks but if you don't have Vit D3 deficiency don't use this capsule as can cause vit D3 toxicity

Take it with milk. Once a week for only 3 weeks only if u have vit d3 deficiency in blood report.
