firstly, you should not limit your sleep time to 6 hours as it's unhealthy. the minimum sleeping Time for your age is 8 hours.
secondly, to increase your study time to 12 to 14 hours, try to increase Your study time incrementally for example take a 10 minute break when studying after every 1 and a half hour and start increasing the duration between the breaks after a week. you will reach a point when you'll be taking a 10 minute break after 2 hours within a week.
