if you cant swallow it another option is vit D injection…it’s is normally injected IM or used as oral medicine mixed in blood 1 per week total 4

if you are uncomfortable with it then alternative is drink sunny D injection paani k glass mai daal k. you can have it once every 3 months. as required.
