Asking For Father, Male 55, Karachi
Patient was completely fine until some days ago he developed headache after checking blood pressure it came to be around 150/100. He then took atenolol 50mg for 2 times. After 2 days he developed mild pain slightly above the left costochondral junction. An ECG was recommended by a doctor and this is the result.
He will further go for an Echo, but right now if somebody can guide what is the issue then it will be really helpful. I am a medical student myself and I'll be able to understand medical language. Thank you

His echo Report came and there is hypokinetic basal inferior wall with normal left ventricular systolic function. LV diastolic dysfunction (Grade 1) and EF = 60%.
All the other things are normal.
A local doctor told him that according to this he had a previous heart attack.
Can you help with this?
