Talk to General Physician on Hyperthyroidism

Hi,
Due to numbness and shivering in body i went to general physician who prescribed me berocca for 3 months. After that my tsh was 0.46. He then prescribed me neomarcazole for 6 weeks and now my tsh has more dropped to 0.42. I have attached my lab result which shows the trend of last 2 events.
Please advise what is the reason and why it keeps dropping
The report is normal. what r other symptom? any other medication u r using? If u want to consult more, take an appointment.
Do you have any other reports? since how long u have this numbness and shivering issue? which thing aggravates this? do u have constipation? fever/ Sorethroat?

I have this for last 2 years atleast. I have noticed that mostly due to digestion it happens mostly. Have heating sensation as well all the time.
