Talk to General Physician on Hypotension
Asking For Husband, Male 33, MULTAN
My husband blood pressure suddenly decrease and he got faint . when it checked 90/48mmHg 105/50 100/55 and when he feel ok bp is 110/60+mmHg. he is not agree to get checked by some specialist. always denies and said let me to die. need some suggestions what to do what type of food intake and supplement to control hypotension.

Your husband needs to be a good history of Past illnesses,smoking,substance abuse needs to be he needs evaluation by monitoring his Blood pressure,heart rate,,status of heart and carotid that he will be needing labs and ACGs and Echo.
Important question .Why is he not interested in treatment?He has negative thoughts so seek help from a psychiatric but first rule out a medical cause.
We need to see certain his bp for postural drop like check bp after 5 mins of sitting up check bp again .check bo in both the readings and book a video consultation with me.
