Talk to General Physician on Imbalance, Dizziness, Room Spinning

Is there any neuro phisician I had an accident couple of weeks ago There were four stitches on my forehead. I got my first aid. Came home. Used antibiotics for ten days. On day five at night I felt my room spinning and during daytime while walking felt imbalance. I visited my doctor who said it is the side effect of medicines. And it will get better with the passage of time. Now after 15 days although I m much better but still feel dizziness when I go to bed and put my head on the pillow. Should I go for CT scan?
