my brother had fever of 101° from 2 days also he had vomit 2 times in 2 days and loose motion but no body pain... doctor gave him medicine in which levoflaxicin , dexibuprofen , cezomax and methzone... we gave him 2 doses but no results his fever came back we gave him panadol and tercica ...now his fever is down a little bit...but he don't want to drink and eat something
