aoa, can I use inderal and neuro fast at the same time? my age is 28. using neuro tabs from two weeks has regulated my sleeping cycle.. (using 10mg inederal from 3 years and neuro fast from 3 weeks).. thank you
neuro fast is not medically proven, infact it is harmful.
there are other ways of regulating sleep cycle. Non pharmacological and behavioral as well.
self medication and going to quacks is a bad habit.
inderal is not treatment of sleeping issue.
