aoa, can I use inderal and neuro fast at the same time? my age is 28. using neuro tabs from two weeks has regulated my sleeping cycle.. (using 10mg inederal from 3 years and neuro fast from 3 weeks).. thank you

neuro fast is not medically proven, infact it is harmful.
there are other ways of regulating sleep cycle. Non pharmacological and behavioral as well.
