Talk to General Physician on Indigestion And Dizziness For 24 Hours

I had a minor stomach infection and saw a doctor 14 days a go. He prescribed probiotics and flagyl for 5 days. Yesterday i ate a roll paratha at 4. Around 11 pm i felt so severely dizzy that i couldn’t walk if i moved my head. 24 hours later if i move my head too quickly i still feel dizzy even after taking gravimate, my stomach hurts and i have marror and slight indigestion. No nausea or any other symptoms. What should i do?
