Talk to General Physician on Indigestion For 6 Mnths

hello dr im male aged 27 .. i was worrying about stomach cancer as i came to know that it cause early symptoms and it begin to show symptoms when disease has gone advanced .. i have got my whole abdomen ultrasound done 2 mnths back nd it was all normal but still im worried .. !! my question is that do whole abdomen ultrasound show abnormalities like early stages of cancer in the stomach or not ???
