I have irritation on penis urine tip from last 3 to 4 months but not burning while pee. Now i have pain in my knees, toe and hand finger middle joints. From 1st April i have been suffering from ears and throat infection. Ears are now fine after taking medicine prescribed by ENT surgeon. -- I have tested for VDRL twice found non-reactive in Oct-2019 and Jan-2020. -- I have HIV screen found negative.

No history as u given seems to be std
But for ur joint pain issue u have to consult rheumatologist
But if u feel bening micturation as well in urine
Take plenty of water
Syp citralka u can take
Any other urinary problem along with this?
