I(20M) got diagnosed with crohn's disease over 6 months ago and have had symptoms for my entire life, i haven't started getting treatment yet because im stuck in another country because of covid lockdown
I learned from experience that working out the abdomen can cause problems with the colon, im now aware of that problem so i do simple pushup variations for upper body and squats, lunges for lower body
Whenever i do start working out tho i have problems like difficulty urinating(burning sensation afterwards too), painful ejaculation, takes a lot of time to empty bowels, i make sure i stretch and go easy with exercise
My prostate and colon havent ever been great because of crohns disease i assume, but from some time now ive been noticing these problems arter i start to work out, what could be the problem here
Ps: I have been taking propranol 10 mg and betahistine 24 mg for over 6 months recommended by a neurologist because of balance ptoblems before i got diagnosed with crohns
how you diagnose crohns disease did you biopsy ? have u went intestinal obstruction did barium test plz share all reports

shared ct and colonoscopy report, i had biopsy done but i was travelling and am stuck because of lockdown so couldn't get the biopsy result
