2-3 month phly mjy ye problem shuru hoi mery sar ma flakes bnanna shuru hovy r chest py bhi hard flakes type ban gaye.. phr meri neck stiff hoi r knee stiff ho gya aik din sbha uthny pr... mny skin specialist ko dikhaya unho ny mjy psoriasis or seborrhoeic dermatitis diagnose kia mny 15 days unki medicine khai or cream/oil wegra lagya or mery head or body sy woh flakes r redness chali gae.. mny again followup lia unho ny phr mjy unhi creams or oils ko continue ka bol dia.. r unka kehna tha m mjy skin ki autoimmune hai.. is doran mny orthopaedic specialist ko bhi dikhaya unho ny kch test krwaye jinki reports or prescription ma attach kr di hai.. unki medicine khaty hovy bhi mjy 15 din ho gae but koi farq nhi or ab 2 din sy mj sy standing position ma downward nhi daikha ja raha left right or upword movement thk hai neck ki..downward blkl nhi ho pa rahi..
kindly guide krdy k ye exactly issue kya hai solution kya hai or mjy kis Dr k pas jana chiye..

To control neck pain you can try these:
Warm compress for neck and shoulder stiffness.
NSAID ,naproxen, diclofenac, or ibuprofen, if pain is severe , only short term, with food, and not if he has stomach or ulcer issues.
Gentle movement, stretching, avoid complete bed rest, inactivity worsens inflammatory stiffness.
Good posture & firm pillow for sleeping.
You need to visit hospital if any of these signs occur :
Fever, severe headache, nausea/vomiting to rule out meningitis.
Sudden arm/leg weakness, tingling, or numbness ,possible nerve compression.
Severe worsening night pain or inability to move the neck at all.
