I am taking Cac-1000 plus tablets to improve my immune system since last 45 days. Can I continue it for some more days? For how many days (maximum), we can take Cac-1000 plus tablets ? Are there any side effects of overdose of these tablets?

excessive amount cause kidney problem in form of renal stones as well as break part of teeth
stop taking it, start milk,vegetables and fruits
