after the accident happened the site of injury had nothing except for pain but after 3 or 4 hours it started to swell and the condition in the following picture happened. Please let me know what should i do as the X-ray is done and it is said that it's not a fracture.

and apply any pain relieving gel

If Xrays are clear,give foot rest.Keep elevated on a pillow. Ice fomentation.
There is a cut seen.Hope you got zinjection tetanus toxoid.Dont bear weight on this foot for 2 to 4 weeks.
CBC if pain increases.You may be needing an antibiotic in that case.
