Hello I have reduced 24 kg in natural way with dieting and exercises without using any medicine now my weight is 64 kg but now I am facing weight loss plateau despite of dieting 45 minutes walk I am not able to move Tha scale backward again trying to reduce 10 kg more what would you suggest me how effective detox will be for me someone suggested me this medicine for weight loss should I use it

Detox is in capsule form seller suggested me to take 2 capsules after dinner daily but I don't know that this medicine is authentic or it has some side effects this is what I want to know from specialists thanks

In my humble opinion detox has a very limited role in weight reduction .
Primarily detoxification is a natural process assigned to liver and
kidneys and they are doing this job 24/7 . If your sugar and carbohydrate
intake is minimal than no need for detoxification. Take lots n lots of
water and your kidneys will detox all harmful toxins from your body.
Another misnomer about detox is that ppl who practice it doesn't give
scientific/ Medical justification. No proper research available in medical
journals as well.

Breaking the platuae is the real challenge in weight reduction. It's an
uphill task. Your height here dictates everything. I hope you would be
checking your BMI.

Another way of breaking this barrier is fasting as many religions practice
it especially Muslims. It's a natural and most effective detoxification
process since we follow the true spirit of fasting.

First of all I would like to thank you for giving such a brief reply secondly I want to tell you that my height is 5'6 and my current weight is 65 kgs I am dieting strickly not doing any cheating not using oily or sugary food at all m only taking half roti with 3 teaspoons of salan and one cup of sugar free tea then in lunch I again repeat the same after that in dinner I am taking one or two units of any fruit and do 45 minutes walk but whenever I weight myself I don't see any change on the scale it's been one month I have been repeating this routine and could not reduce single kg
