try some relaxation techniques sir.. slowly build up a routine and stick to it.. in ShaAllah it will help.. however, there can be many other reasons as well to figure them out details are needed

as per doctor prescribed
I had taken dulaxitine 8 month. I had also taken mirtazipine 30.mg 8 month. but no positive results. escitaploram affects on my stomach. these are some anti depressants which I have already used as per prescribed by doctors.
