Talk to General Physician on Insulin Resistance, Pre-Diabetes

Please tag Endocrinologists. I'm patient of metabolic syndrome. Getting medicines for high blood pressure, cholesterol & prediabetes. For prediabetes taking Glucophage 850mg 1+1+1. Earlier Glucophage kept me in normal glucose range now I'm in prediabetes range, which means condition is getting worse. Should I take take Piozer in low dose 7.5mg for insulin resistance, as it preserve beta cell function & eliminate insulin resistance?
