My height is 5 feet and weight is 65 .7kg. Before one and half year, my weight was 58 , then few months ago my periods stop and I visited to a doctor she said eggs nai bn rhe , me ne un se pucha k kya pcos ka issue ha doctor said there is no cyst on overies but you may have insulin resistant if its not stopped then condition will be bad so control on weight loss it atleast 15kg Also avoid sugar as much as you can. Wheat roti ki jgha agjr hm basin ya maakai ki roti khayen is it good.kya me apple or banana or dates wagera b kha skti hun or almonds as I love these fruits very much. I dont want quit them at all. PCOS and insulin resistance can be reversed with Diet and lifestyle changes.
You should have breakfast, which is a must. Don't skip breakfast to lose weight.
Skip lunch, and take nuts and salad there.
Take dinner, but use 0.5 Roti or a small portion of brown rice. Use salad to fill the appetite.
Avoid caffeine i.e Tea as it increases stress hormone like cortisol, which further aggravates Insulin resistance. Use spearmint tea which reduces testosterone in the body, so it helps in reducing facial hair and acne.
Avoid Dairy of all types. If you need to use milk for making tea, use coconut milk powder instead, which is non-carbohydrate alternative of dairy milk.
Avoid fast food, sugary drinks and processed foods.
If you take a large amount of protein in a breakfast, it will relieve you from unnecessary cravings the whole day, so take 2 eggs in breakfast and add peanut butter. Only in breakfast, it is still okay to take some carbohydrates, because Insulin works fine during this time.
Add apple cider vinegar and chia seeds to your routine.
