Asking For Father, Male 51, sukkur
Asslam-o-alaikum my father has left internal carotid artery occlusion and 25% occlusion in right internal carotid artery due to this he got stroke in occipital lobe and temporal lobe so now he can't remember names of object and can't construct words properly as well right side is weekend he can't walk byself so doctors suggest me to do him blood thinners and anticlot medicines these running from past 8 months no improvement have been seen till yet now they suggested to go nicvd and remove the plague from both side i need suggestions should i go to Karachi for removing plauges that will be benifitial or not ?

vascular surgeon was not provided any good response and interventional radiologist just done mri head and angio graphy and told that left internal carotid artery is occulded
