sb my 3 yr old had diarrhea with foul smell, nausea, irritability, weight loss, dark circles and paleness. His specialist gave him inoquin syp 1+1 and maxiar (1/4 )1+1+1 for 6 days after that he prescribed us to give bisleri 1+0+0 for 2 months Baby weight 14 kg (16kg one month ago) Can i give him deworming medicine on my own as his 5 yr old sister had worms she was dewormed almost a month ago and she really had 2 long worms out. please guide me which deworming medicine is suitable for him and when to help a worried mother

baby age exact 3 yr and weight is 15 kg. before repeated diarrhea he had 17 kg weight.he is a healthy baby from birth but was colic and had some digestion issues in his first year.
now he is settled i gave him zentel after that there was 1 big foul smelling stool.now i am giving him only bisleri 1/2 teaspoon from 4 days..he does not like citrus fruits and dryfruits except apple bnana and pistachio..what i should give him for iron deficiency?
