Hb Electrophoresis karwain, us say Thalessemia ka pata chalay ga
plz do Hb ELECTROPHORESIS
Your report shows that the values of MCV and MCH are reduced. This happens either in iron deficiency or Thalassaemia minor.
Please get iron studies done as a first step.

I would order Hb electrophoresis too in addition to iron studies above.
You can however wait for the result of iron tests before getting Hb electrophoresis.

it is in favour of iron deficiency anaemia but do Hb electrophoresis then everything will be cleared up
