my 1year child has iron Deficiency countinu vomiting without fever and she didn't take milk and anything for eating . ferritin test results is 2.1 only. orally medicine we are using (fersoft) some for vetamin (E). but results are (0) for this have any other treatment?
any history of eating mud
use anti emetic syrup domperidone 2 ml 8 hrly
ferrous sulphate drops 5 drops 12 hrly
give cooked soyabee/lentils/spanich/beef half cup cooked
