No its not to toxicity level but rather in the body tissues which causes mild oxidative stress. My ferritin is still not too high it is 73

Started supplementing iron 3 months back ferritin was 16. After 4-5 weeks of supplementing i started having odd feelings less energy, no energy in any of body which use to come on and off but until 3rd month these feelings stayed. Also during 2nd month i had weird kind of pelvic pain GP ran all urine tests and also swab tests which came negative but only dip stick came positive but urine cultures were negative. Dip stick was negative for weeks until i left iron supplement. I started with 70mg elemental iron then after 4 weeks i gradually started to increase the dose and started taking 120mg elemental iron a day split in to two doses. I stopped iron prior my blood test and started to feel better so i realised all time it was iron supplement which was causing issue. I went to AnE multiple times but they were of no help even my GP said we don’t know it weird. Lab tests were all normal except TIBC even after leaving iron for 2 day its ferritin trasferr was 40% which shows my body was not handling high dose iron well
