Talk to General Physician on Is Myasthenia Gravis Transmittable To The Children?

AoA docs, I'm a myasthenia gravis patient and I'll be getting married in a year or so. I just wanted to confirm whether MG is transmittable to the offsprings or not? I just don't want my children to suffer from what I have suffered till date. If it's transmittable, what course of action I should take in order to prevent this? beshak Allah k kaam hain ye, but I just wanted to know if there's something I can do about this.
