Salam. I am 21 year old guy and i find my self suffering from constipation often. From a few days, i was noticing some skin as i wiped my butt after passing stool. I never really bothered but from 2 days, it was itching so i took a photo and this is what it looks like. Please tell me what it is? I am very worried
