I am 46 years old and having diabetes since last 20 years. Last diabetes history range was 9.8. Take Gatril 2mg in morning and night with combination of Sitamet 50/1000 after meal. For blood pressure I use Tab. Dapa. Issues which I am facing are: Swelling in feet Dark Marks in Feet both Mascular pain specially in left arm Arms and hands ka sun ho jana Observe Slow heartbeat since last 6 months Can anyone suggest proper treat?
