Talk to General Physician on Issues With Food Swallowing

A.a I've been suffering from anemia for many years, my HB remains between 7-9. I'm also a patient of chronic migraine. The third problem is in food swallowing, food stuck at the end of food pipe, sometimes it went into stomach after a few seconds but sometimes it takes more time , or I have to vomit it out. Sometimes just need a little effort to swallow when the issue is minor. It happens usually when I use pain killers or any other allopathic medicine. Which physician, should I consult? A hematologist or a gastroenterologist?
