I cannot stop eating cement. Idk why but I'm just so addicted to it and I crave for it all the time. Sometimes it's hard for me to control. No one in my house knows about that and I feel weird telling anyone. Can someone pls tell me that how can I stop myself? What might be the reason? Is there something that I can do about it without telling anyone?
