The rashes of dengue may be purpuric due to platelet deficiency or changes in vascular integrity. You can use an antihistamine like Zyrtec 10mg or Foxophenadine tab 60 mg twice a day till itching goes away.
Calamine lotion if applied may soothe your symptoms but it will settle in about 2 weeks .I hope you are being monitored by blood counts and BP monitoring.
