Talk to General Physician on Jaws Pain( Real Case But No One Diagnose It)

I have jaws pain almost few years , during that period I take treatment from dentist, surgeons, but never having relief. using dif oral infection medicine gel but having no effect , dengitl x ray of teeth jaws didn't diagnose my issue, it's really very painful for me,some time gram thnda b teeth main pain krta, dentist ko chk krwa d says teeth nerve damage hai, they give medicine tagrall use kryn but still no improvement I felt current like feeling when my b p days I felt infection and pain inside nose durring breath I chkup dif respected doctor and dentist but unfortunately no relief even no diagnose I need kind help , tu khana khte b pora jabra pain krta , infection nose main b lgti. sir main current b lgta. but asa zyda tar night time main hota, I felt better in daytime.
