my mother's age is 40 she's bp patient takes pills and she face issue of waking up with stiff hands.. pain in joints her fists pain alot and also heel pain also have stomach issue and piles too these things linked somehow? any help please

need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests including x-ray and RF anti CCP..... then everything will be cleared up

It could be an onset of inflammatory arthritis like Rheumatoid arthritis or Psoriatic arthritis.If the symptoms have persisted beyond six weeks,she must contact a family physician,General physician or a Rheumatologist for ruling out the inflammatory aetiology.

we ran many tests but these were random didn't visit any rheumatologist cuz had no idea this could be the reason
