My father is currently taking methotextrate 7 tablets a week , after next day folic acid, hcq 200 but he is having pain in joints . We do all test a month lfts , rfts, cbc, esr, egfr,crp all test .pls guide us a better treatment for his pain .also taking pain killer like provas n forte .

Did you get a check up with rheumatologist ?? Because he might need adjustments in methotrexate dosages. Too much painkillers intake is also not safe. So it’s better to get a medication review specially with rheumatologist
