I'm having a jolts 2 or 3 times In a day. Last night I had it in my sleep n I woke up n my head was moving from yes to no n no yes. After that I have a head ache Jolts shakes my head arm n spine. I don't have any medical condition n I'm not taking any medicines. N don't have a depression etc Please guide
