my keloid is swelling, tried moxifloxacin but no change, please suggest

Moxifloxacin can help Prevent infection but it does not help in decreasing the size of the swelling. To reduce the size, you need to visit a physician who can inject steroids in it. If steroids fail then the next step is to inject fluorouracil in the keloid.
