What is the exact location of pain?did you try drinking more water?kidney pain usually goes away with hydration but if there is some bowel issue it needs medication and proper diagnosis

Good to know that your scans are clear. sometimes kidney pain is experienced due to minor infections going on which is not revealed on scans.
you should take Canberry sachet 1 sachet twice daily for three days alongwith no-spa. That will relieve your pain.
Take lots of fluid water and juices to prevent similar episodes in future.
