A small kitten in my building bit me, it was running around afraid, as i caught it, it bit me a on finger, the local doc gave me tetenus shot, shall i go for rabbies shot or not?

usually dogs, squirrels, skunks, foxes and bats are considered as high risk animals for rabies, and not cats, however to be very sure, if you can watch the kitten develop signs of rabies, that d be great, for the bite you can take an antibiotic orally so it doesn't get infected.

yes you should get the shot as it managed to puncture the skin. since its a stray cat so its probably unvaccinated. its wise to get a rabies vaccine to be safe.
