I need help to read these xrays as the patient has pain in knee after running for over 8 km and cant walk properly as well for two days. If you can please read the xrays what issue do you see with both knees. This pain never happend before Thanks
need to be visited by a specialist physician rheumatologist, senior physician or orthopedic surgeon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up. Apparently the joint space is obliterated

Thank you. Is the joint space obliteration too much? Want to know if this is something serious as she is travelling now and the medical expense there is quite expensive. So should she travel back soon to get treatment and will this affect her mobility?

yes obliteration is too much and cause serious joint damage so need to be visited by a senior specialist physician

of not overweight a MRI full study of both knees should be done as miniscus and ligaments should be checked also

To me X rays do not look horrible. MRI recommended to see ligamental issues. Any low back or hip issues?

Thank you for your reply. There is no low back or hip pain as of now. The knee pain and discomfort is still there.
