My father is a diabetic and a patient of Dilated heart disease. He is currently on regular medicine for both of them.. He is suffering from lower backache and distal weakness,he cant even stand for 2-3 minutes On MRI, there are disc bulges level of L3-L4 and L4-L5 causing nerve compression Attached is the MRI report
