I am lactose intolerance patient since some years. I am allergic to milk. I have tried 2 lactose free milk but didn't work. I have also tried soya milk, it doesn't work as well. Now what could I do? Whenever I eat anything made from milk, my stomach aches very bad. Sometimes I gets motion.
