My father is last stage dementia patient. He can't swallow, can't sit and not in his senses. He is diabetic as well. please suggest we should arrange IV drip? is it recommended? Also sedation injection is required?
there is palliative care set up in Agha Khan hospital and also you should have to passes tube through nose and start feeding through tube and a lot of more things should be done so talk to a palliative care specialist to manage each and everything at home for your father

yes u can i/v fluids but under supervission of Doctor regarding dedation best drug is tab dormicum 7.5 mg half tab hs

Consult any geriatician or family physician.. and then may go for home health care.... He needs feeding via PEG tube or NG tube.... and proper care at home...
arrange home health care after consultation regarding feeding, etc. with the consulting physician
